A leading investment fund is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The role is based in Tel Aviv and involves working closely with investment and finance teams, portfolio companies, and external counsel, providing hands-on legal support across investment and operational activities.
:Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of investment documents, including term sheets, share purchase agreements, and SAFEs.
Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Support fund formation, investor relations, and regulatory and compliance processes.
Work closely with external counsel in Israel and abroad to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Provide legal guidance to investment and operations teams on regulatory, tax, and corporate matters.
Assist the General Counsel with internal policies, contract management, and cross-fund legal matters.
דרישות המשרה
3–6 years of post-qualification experience gained at a leading law firm, with a focus on high-tech, venture capital, M&A, and corporate transactions.
Proven experience working with technology companies and investors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent business judgment and the ability to identify and prioritize critical legal and business issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working with AI-based tools – an advantage.
