A leading high-tech company is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer following an internship (or a graduate with a law degree) with outstanding English skills and a passion for working in a customer-facing, international environment.
:Key Responsibilities
Work closely with leading international companies.
Analyze trademark and intellectual property infringements.
Monitor and enforce violations across websites, e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
Handle cases involving trademark infringement, brand abuse, counterfeit products, and related violations.
Prepare customized reports for clients.

:Requirements
Qualified lawyer following an internship (or holder of a law degree).
Experience in trademarks and intellectual property – an advantage.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
High level of initiative, integrity, and professionalism.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Excellent research and information analysis capabilities.
Ability to analyze, draft, and prepare documents in English.
Proficiency in web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications – mandatory.
