תיאור המשרה
You will play a key role in the lifecycle of investment funds. This position offers the opportunity to handle high-profile cross-border engagements, representing both fund General Partners and investors.
What You Will Do
Fund Formation: Assist in the structuring and formation of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds, including drafting and negotiating formation and transaction agreements.
Client Facing: Maintain direct and ongoing communication with clients, managing their day-to-day legal needs and responding to inquiries.
Investor Representation: Represent institutional and private investors in their investments into Israeli and international funds, including reviewing and negotiating fund documents and advising on regulatory matters.
דרישות המשרה
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a lawyer in a leading law firm, preferably in Fund Formation, Investment Funds or High-Tech departments or equivalent experience as an in-house counsel in a high-tech company or as a lawyer in an investment fund.
Languages:
English: Native speaker level or equivalent (Must). The role involves drafting complex legal documents in English daily.
Hebrew: Fluent.
Education: LL.B. from a leading university.
Skills:
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Multi-tasking, proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
