Job Requirements
The ideal candidate would be a junior to mid-level associate and have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 years of experience as a corporate and transactional attorney in a law firm setting. Candidates should have significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on private M&A and Venture Capital transactions, corporate governance and fiduciary duties. Candidates should have experience leading various aspects of a due diligence effort, from reviewing primary materials in a variety of practice areas to liaising with subject matter experts and local counsel. Candidates should have experience drafting primary and ancillary transaction documents, general corporate governance, and ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas. .
This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload with a fast-paced environment. Excellent academic credentials and the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form are required. Prior experience working in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice is required.
Working knowledge of Hebrew is a plus but not mandatory. Candidate should already be living in Israel at the time of application.
Must be admitted to the bar in one of the 50 U.S. states.
