תיאור המשרה
Advise clients on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI laws and governance, both on an Israeli and global level.
Conduct audits and due diligence assessments to evaluate legal risks and regulatory exposure.
Engage in compliance projects, draft policies, procedures, and legal opinions.
Negotiate data processing agreements and other cyber and privacy related contracts
Advise clients on handling cyber-attacks and data breaches.
Support clients in regulatory investigations and proceedings before data protection authorities.
Handle commercial negotiations, particularly in the tech sector, and contribute to cross-border M&A transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including technology transactions, SaaS agreements and licensing agreements.
דרישות המשרה
Experience: 2-5 years of legal practice.
Privacy Law Expertise: Strong background in privacy and data protection law (mandatory).
Commercial Law Experience: Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, particularly in the tech sector, is a strong advantage.
Technological Orientation: A background in technology, AI, and cybersecurity is an advantage.
English: proficient in both written and spoken communication (mandatory).
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive problem solver.
A fluent English speaker
