A leading global law firm is seeking a mid- level corporate associate (3–5 years of experience) with license to practice law in at least one of the 50 U.S. states, to join its Corporate Practice in Tel Aviv. The role involves working on public and private M&A, private equity, corporate governance, and transactional matters involving both private and public entities.
This is a full-time, in-office position based at the firm’s Tel Aviv office, which offers the resources, energy, and collaboration of a full-service international law firm.

Key Qualifications:
• Admission to the bar in one of the 50 U.S. states
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting
• Strong background in M&A and corporate transactions
• Experience with due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and corporate governance
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
• Native English proficiency
