A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior- level patent attorney (a minimum of 8-10 years of experience) with license to practice law in at least one of the 50 U.S. states and an active USPTO admission, to lead its Patent and IP practice in Tel Aviv. The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies to lead U.S. and global patent prosecution, advise on strategic IP matters, and represent clients in USPTO proceedings. Candidates must have strong technical expertise, and a proven ability to build and manage client relationships.

• Licensed U.S. attorney with active admission to the USPTO and at least one U.S. state bar
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in U.S. patent prosecution, including drafting, filing, and managing complex global patent portfolios
• Strong technical foundation with demonstrated expertise in sectors such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, life sciences, medical devices, semiconductors, AgriTech, or chemical technologies
• Proven track record in strategic intellectual property counseling, including patentability assessments and enforcement strategy
• Substantial experience representing clients in USPTO proceedings, including inter partes reviews (IPRs), reexaminations, and appeals
• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and expand relationships with Israeli and international clients, particularly in the technology and innovation sectors
• Strong business development acumen, with the ability to originate, retain and grow a client base
• Experience leading and mentoring legal teams and patent agents, with a collaborative and client-focused approach
• Skilled public speaker, comfortable presenting at industry conferences, client seminars, and thought leadership forums
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Hebrew language proficiency is an advantage but not required
• Must be currently based in Israel
